- Not qualified to be selling these types of products, and is breaking the law by charging for it
- Not qualified to be giving dietary advice
- Business partner, and fiancé, Steven Evans, stalks, harasses and threatens women
- Steven Evans has previously put a $5,000 bounty on the head of an unknown person (at the time) towards ABBBC customers for the identity of the person who was giving away all of the company secrets
- Has threatened legal action against those who have downloaded their "plan" from free hosting websites, and those who have posted images of said "plan," for Plagiarism
- Has admitted to getting death threats and being harassed, but no report was filed with police, and there is no proof it has even occurred
- Finds time to respond to the "haters," yet can't find the time to address customer complaints
